Setup fees, onboarding fees, AI Employee configuration, ad account builds, website work, and consulting services are non-refundable due to the time and resources involved.

Subscription fees already billed are not eligible for refund.

If a refund exception is granted, it will be at the sole discretion of Traffic & Convert.

17.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel recurring services or subscriptions at any time through your client portal or by submitting a written request to your account manager.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated.

We do not prorate or refund unused time.

Month‑to‑Month Contracts

Month‑to‑month agreements require a 30‑day written cancellation notice.

Your subscription will remain active and billable during the 30‑day notice period.

Failure to provide proper notice will result in an additional billing cycle.

Fixed‑Term Contracts (3, 6, 12 months, etc.)

If you signed a fixed‑term agreement, the cancellation, refund, and billing rules in that specific contract override this policy.

You are responsible for all payments through the end of the agreed contract term.

Early termination fees may apply if stated in your contract.

17.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend services, automations, reporting, or software access until the balance is resolved.

Late balances may incur fees or collections processes as allowed by law.
